Tiramisù

Ingredients:
(serves 6)
5 eggs
150 g sugar
500 g Mascarpone cheese
200 g Savoy (ladyfinger) biscuits
1 glass of strong coffee
200 g dark chocolate
1 tablespoon bitter cocoa
1 pinch of salt

Preparation:
In a bowl, beat the egg yolks and the sugar together until the mixture is very light. Add the Mascarpone and then three egg whites which have been whisked with the pinch of salt until they form stiff peaks. Spread a layer of this mixture in a  bowl and then add a layer of Savoy biscuits which have been dipped in coffee. Cover them with another layer of cream and with crumbled dark chocolate. Continue to add layers until all the ingredients have been used up.

The last layer should be cream. Sprinkle with powdered bitter cocoa. Put the bowl in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
