Ingredients:
1 kg lamb
100 g bacon
rosemary
1/2 glass Lamole di Lamole Tuscan extra virgin olive oil
salt
pepper
Preparation:
Wash the lamb. Make cuts in the lamb and fill them with sprigs of rosemary, slivers of garlic and small strips of bacon. Add salt and pepper. Put the meat in a baking pan, cover it with oil and cook in the oven at 180° C., basting with the meat juices from time to time. Serve hot with a side dish of peas.
