Ingredients:
4 large apples
50 g butter
50 g sugar
the juice of 1/2 a lemon
1/2 cup rum
Preparation:
Peel the apples and remove their cores. Cut them into wedges and put these in a frying-pan with the butter. Cook over a high heat for 10 minutes, stirring them very gently. Dust them with sugar and add the lemon juice and the rum. Flambé and serve immediately, whilst the apples are still flaming.
