Creamed turkey

Ingredients:
8 slices of turkey breast
100 g cooked ham 
60 g butter
120 g very fresh Mascarpone cheese 
the juice of 1 lemon 
salt and pepper

 

Preparation:
Sauté the turkey slices in the butter, ensuring that they do not overlap. When they have turned a golden brown, add salt, pepper and the lemon juice; raise the heat and reduce. Put the turkey slices in a shallow oven-proof dish, leaving the pan with the juice on a low heat. Pour into this the diced ham, the Mascarpone and, if the mixture is too dry, add 2 tablespoons of hot water. Stir over a low heat until all the ingredients have amalgamated and turned creamy. Then pour this cream onto the turkey slices (that you have kept hot) and serve.
