Ingredients:
500 g./1 lb. 2 oz. cherries
6 dl. full fat milk
100 g./3 1/2 oz. flour
100 g./3 1/2 oz. icing suga
1 pckt. vanilla sugar
3 eggs
butter
salt
Preparation:
Heat milk and leave to cool down; in a casserole dish sieve flour, sugar and a pinch of salt and break eggs whole in the centre beaten with a fork and mix. Pour a little milk at a time, mixing continuously until an even mix without any grains forms. Pour the mixture into an oven dish greased with butter and cook in hot oven at 200° for 30 minutes. Before serving cut into a cardboard the same shape as the cake the works "Happy Mothers' Day", place on the surface and dust with icing sugar.
