Ingredients:
2 pork fillets
60 g./2 oz. sliced raw ham
30 g./1 oz. butter
rosemary
sage
salt and pepper
Preparation:
Wrap pork fillets in ham slices and arrange in a Pyrex dish with butter, sage and rosemary. Season and bake at 200° for 20', turning over halfway through cooking. Slice fairly thickly and serve hot.
