Spring salad

Ingredients:
5 carrots
5 small zucchinis
300 g small Sardinian tomatoes
200 g valerian
chives
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
extra virgin olive oil
salt
pepper

Preparation:
Peel and remove the ends of the carrots and zucchinis; cut into julienne strips. Dress with olive oil, lemon juice and salt and add a little chopped chives. Wash and cut the tomatoes into segments and wash the valerian; place in a salad bowl, add the dressed carrots and zucchinis. Add salt to taste and serve.
