Spaghetti with green beans and sun-dried tomatoes

Ingredients:
400 g spaghetti
200 g small green (French) beans
50 g sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil
1 ripe tomato
extra virgin olive oil
salt

Preparation:
Clean the green beans and remove the ends. Put them in a pan with plenty of salted water; bring to the boil and add the spaghetti. When it is al dente, drain together with the beans. Soak the sun-dried tomatoes in hot water and cut them into narrow strips; sauté these in a frying pan in plenty of oil, together with the ripe tomato cut into little pieces; add the spaghetti and beans, stir the ingredients together for 2 minutes and serve very hot.
