Ingredients:
2 pork fillets
60 g sliced raw ham
30 g butter
rosemary
sage
salt and pepper
Preparation:
Wrap the pork fillets in the slices of ham and place them in an ovenproof dish with the butter, sage and rosemary; add salt and pepper to taste and place in the oven at 200° C for 20 minutes, turning them over halfway through cooking. Serve hot, cut into fairly thick slices.
